Participating in the IT & Telecom segment in the 3-day "India Show" at Johannesburg, South Africa, last month, APW President Systems (President) outlined plans to explore the South African market for business networking. The show was inaugurated by Indian Commerce and Industry Minister, Mr. Anand Sharma and the South African Trade and Industry Minister, Mr. Rob Davies.

President is a leader in the computer server enclosure systems segment, with over 1,000 customers in India and abroad.

At the India Show, the company displayed its latest innovation, the IMPress family of enclosures and other market-leading Datacenter and Networking solutions.

“IMPress and our varied solutions for Datacenter Management were the only ones of that class at the India Show. The President brand, which was recalled by several visitors, was the sole representative of India’s IT prowess. The quality and versatility of our products were highly appreciated by the community of IT professionals and distributors. We have had several inquiries and offers for business networking, and we are now in the process of evaluating them,” said Pramod Agashe, Chief Operating Officer, APW President Systems.

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) organized ‘The India Show’ 2010 to showcase Indian industries and culture to the business community in South Africa.
