A new double tax treaty agreement was signed on the 12th October, 2010 between the Governments of Cyprus and Slovenia.

This agreement will significantly enhance bilateral economical relations since both Cyprus and Slovenia are members of the European Union (EU) and Mediterranean countries. Slovenia offers access to the Balkan region and Central Europe and Cyrpus’  low corporate taxation will be available to Slovenian businesses that invest in Cyprus or in neighbouring countries via Cyprus, utilizing the high standard of business services available in Cyprus as well as its unique geographical position as a bridge linking Europe with the Middle East and Northern Africa.

Linkia Consulting Ltd is based in Nicosia, Cyprus and provides corporate services to non-resident companies wishing to set up an international business company in Cyprus.
