Osteria Tornabuoni, must visit Hotel!

Osteria Tornabuoni is a well known hotel and bar situated in Florence (Italy) and owned by Silvio Ursuni. Starting with Mozzarella bar called Obika-Nepolitan about six years back and opening almost seven branches in seven cities including New York he has a good experience in Peoples taste and appetite. The city is well known for the Chianti Red wine and the hotel is situated in the middle of the city. Ursuni developed this hotel with a dream to serve only Tuscan dishes using only Tuscany ingredients. To convert his dream in to reality he called his best friend Rolando Beramendi who has spent almost 25 years in food importing business and restaurants in New York.

Superstar designer of Florence Michele Bonan designed the new Obika-Nepolitan starting from the kitchen to antique pieces added in interior. The tradition of the hotel is to ask customers, to comment about the food they have been served while the staff is clearing away the plates.

There are many ravishing reviews by the customer some claim it to be a better place and some of them are complimenting the quality of food. Mr. Lucamonti said “Good food, nice décor, Professional Service very interesting wine list and god value”. Mr Luna from Florence says “Cozy atmosphere, very nice meat and great wine menu. It may be the best choice of Tuscan food”.

The restaurant is situated near Piazzas Santa Trinita. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and the timings on weekdays are scheduled, for Lunch from 12.30pm -2.30pm and Dinner Time 6.30pm- 10.30pm.
