Gasthaus’ traditional German buffet menu for catering includes specialties like breaded pork schnitzel, Bavarian-style bratwurst, Hungarian beef goulash, spaetzle and perogies served with bacon, onion and sour cream, as well as Vienna-style apple strudel with vanilla sauce and whipped cream for dessert.
