Party City Sponsors Madison Square Garden & Knicks Kids

Party City Corporation has  announced a joint marketing agreement with the Madison Square Garden. Under the terms of the deal, Party City becomes The Garden's "official party store."

Party City is America's largest party supplies retailer, and Madison Square Garden is the world-famous arena that serves as home to the New York Knicks, New York Rangers, and New York Liberty, and as a popular venue for concerts, shows, and events.

To launch the partnership, Party City is sponsoring a Knicks Kids Day at the Knicks vs Denver Nuggets basketball game at Madison Square Garden on December 12, 2010. Kids of all ages will participate in fun pre-game activities, and Party City will award prizes throughout the game. The the "wild-n-crazy" ZOOperstars, featuring characters like Mackerel Jordan and Dennis Frogman, will perform at halftime.

Members of Knicks City Kids will be on special assignment interviewing players, introducing the starting line ups, and taking photographs during the game. They will also attend the post-game press conference with Coach Mike D'Antoni.
